WOW Summer Program Outline: We aim to develop relationships with youth in a small group over time. Before Christ's return to His Father in Heaven, He worked most closely with 12 disciples. He developed relationships with them over time before He sent them on their own to "go make disciples of all nations..." (Matthew 28:10). WOW strives to follow the model Jesus has set. Weekly WOW is the primary strategy by which we accomplish our mission. A group of 15 -18 youth age thirteen to sixteen meet with 5 - 8 adults once per week at a specific lake location from June to September. A typical WOW day starts at 3:30 pm. Each day ends around 9pm after smores at the campfire and reflection of the day's events. In between the 3:30 prayer and the 9 pm campfire are two sets of skiing/wake-boarding, a set of spiritual training and an awesome dinner! WOW also has Junior groups for youth age ten to twelve.
