Join the WOW Team! Action Team: Ski groups meet approximately one time per week from mid-June through August. The purpose of the small groups, aside from teaching skiing and wake boarding, is to develop relationships with young people and to initiate purposeful conversation that ministers to the unique needs of young teens. Each "Action Team" consists of 5 to 8 adults. There must be one person certified in Red Cross CPR and First Aid, two USA Waterski Certified Trained Driver, one USA Waterski Certified Safety Coordinator, one Food & Communications Coordinator, and two USA Waterski Certified Level One Instructors.
